THEATRE GENERAL INFORMATION
The Millennium Centre Theatre is a 1024 person capacity full service venue, reserved theatre style seats.
There is a no flash photography policy.
No Pyrotechnics are allowed.
The Millennium Centre is committed to providing guests with a safe and enjoyable entertainment experience. Our venue is ADA-compliant and is pleased to provide accessible accommodations.
As a guest, if you would like to request special accommodations, such as for: wheelchairs, other mobility impairments, or hearing impairments, please contact the Millennium Box Office at (248) 796-5193 to arrange assistance.
Handicap seating must be reserved at least 48 hours in advance. Please note it is unlawful for anyone, other than those with a disability or that guest's companion, to use tickets for disabled seating locations (unless such areas have been released for general seating).

All video taping requests must be advanced with the Millennium staff at least 3 days in advance. A release or contract must be signed for any video taping. Any video production greater than a consumer camcorder must be cleared in advance through the Millennium Centre Production office John LaCroix at (248) 796-5193 or email at jlacroix@cityofsouthfield.com.
All photographers and members of the press must obtain clearance from our Publicity Department. publicity@millenniumboxoffice.com
All guest-lists are due no later than 10:00 am the day of the show.
The Millennium Centre Theatre requires that current Stage and Lighting Plots, Input Lists, Backline and Hospitality Riders be provided directly to the Production Office.

TICKETING
The Millennium Centre Theatre is solely responsible for all tickets printed, distributed or sold for this venue. Once a contract has been executed and deposit has been received, 72 business hours are required to input the event information into the Ticketmaster system. A facility fee of $2.50 per ticket will charged to each ticket at there time of purchase. Tickets cost .35 per ticket printed. Payment of ticket revenue to client will take place in no less than two weeks from the close of the event. As per their national contract, Ticketmaster retains all service charges. Client will allow The Millennium Centre 14 Comp tickets for use by the Millennium Centre Management as they deem necessary.
RENTAL FEES
The Millennium Centre works to provide a high quality venue for events for all ages with this in mind our pricing reflects the diversity of the events here at the Centre. There are two base rates to rent the facility, for profit and non-profit. The rent is based on a fully staffed facility for one day event. Other pricing for lobby use only and for special events can be discussed on a case by case basis.
For Profit Event: $5,300.00
Non-Profit Event: $3,600.00

Artist’s Fees
RENTAL CONDITIONS
All displays and exhibits and decorations must be pre-approved by Millennium Centre Management. Such displays, exhibits and decorations must be free standing without attachments to walls, ceilings or floors.
No food or beverage of any kind may be brought onto the premises without prior express written permission from the Millennium Centre Production Office.
The Millennium Centre and its staff shall not be liable for any items, possessions or materials belonging to Client or a guest, left prior to, during or following the event.
The Millennium Centre reserved the right to exclude or eject any and or all objectionable persons from the event or the premises without liability. Client shall conduct its event in an orderly manner and in full compliance with the rules of the Millennium Centre as well as all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations.
The client must provide adequate insurance as described under the event contract.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
The Millennium Centre will retain all revenue from cash bars and food sales. Bars and foodservice are set at the sole discretion of Millennium Management. Promoter or Client may not, without written permission, secure any event sponsors that would restrict standard Millennium Centre bar or concessions.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT TERMS
An executed contract and a deposit equal to one-half of the rental fee is required to confirm the rental of the space. Estimated remaining balance is due no later than 10 days prior to the event, unless other arrangements are made per the contract. Any remaining balance must be received prior to the start time of the event, including load-in. Doors to the event will not open unless the balance is paid in full.
Deposits are refundable only if the event is prevented or rendered impossible or infeasible by any acts of God, labor problems, an act or regulation of any public authority or bureau, civil tumult, epidemic, war conditions or emergencies beyond reasonable control of either party.

The Millennium Centre is booked for weekend performances, at least two months in advance. To assure the success of your event please allow three to four months for program planning, prior to your event date.
